Some yards just need a full reset. That's exactly what we were dealing with here - overgrown shrubs crowding the foundation, beds that had gotten away from the homeowner, and bushes along the side of the property that had turned into a wall of green. It's the kind of situation where regular upkeep would have kept things manageable, but once it gets to a certain point, it takes a full cleanup day to get it back under control.

We worked through the entire property - front, sides, and back. The shrubs along the front foundation got trimmed back and shaped up so each one sits clean and defined. Some of them were pushing against the brick and spilling outward pretty significantly. After trimming, the house actually looks like a house again instead of just a row of green.

The side and back areas had their own set of issues. There were shrubs that had completely taken over the side of an outbuilding, branches draped and spreading out in every direction. We cut those back hard and cleared out the beds around them. The backyard beds got cleaned out as well - debris removed, the space opened up.

That's the thing about a full yard cleanup - it's not just about looks. Overgrown shrubs trap moisture against your siding and foundation, block airflow, and become a habitat for pests. Keeping them trimmed and the beds cleared out is genuinely good for the health of your landscaping and your home. It's maintenance that actually matters.

End of the day, this property went from overgrown and neglected-looking to neat and well-kept. Every shrub shaped, every bed cleaned out. That's what a real landscape cleanup looks like.
